Jas Morrow
Accredited Exercise Scientist & Physiologist
Founder of Milestone Rehab & Performance
A career in the health and fitness industry began at 16 for Jas when she studied to become a personal trainer. This study ignited her passion, and at this point she knew she needed to learn more.
During her university studies, Jas worked three seasons working as a government firefighter. This role strengthened her appreciation for resilience, teamwork, and the important role that physical and mental health play in helping people overcome challenges.
Now in her eighth year as an Exercise Scientist / Physiologist, Jas has worked across community rehabilitation, private practice, and public health settings. Her particular area of passion is mental health. Having completed additional training and research in this space, Jas she has worked within a state-funded youth psychosis service as well as an eating disorders clinic, servicing those aged 5 – 25 with complex mental health.
Beyond client care, Jas is passionate about mentoring newly graduated Exercise Physiologists. Supporting their development and watching them grow into confident, skilled clinicians Jas describes as being one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
Outside of work, Jas has a long-standing passion for health and fitness and has participated in a wide range of events, including marathons, Ironman triathlons, CrossFit, HYROX, and Spartan races. As as mum to a busy toddler and running Milestone Rehab, she understands the realities of balancing health, fitness, and life's competing demands.
Words from Jas - “I believe exercise should be practical, individualised, and empowering, and I will be with you to celebrate every milestone along the way”.
